The international group Cabot Financial, a specialist in credit management, is integrating its headquarters in the north of Madrid.
This challenge aims to reinforce the brand’s purpose and create an inspiring workspace. plug&go has been able to reflect, through a new occupancy model, design and materials, Cabot’s values: freshness, solidity and passion.
Cabot Financial has not only opted for a process of defining clusters with standard spaces assigned to functions rather than hierarchies, but has also integrated new forms of collaboration and conciliation in a space of more than 2,700 sqm.
In addition, one of the premises of the project:
It was to lead from the new space the pride of belonging, reinforcing Cabot’s commitment to people.
A way of building loyalty, making its team feel happy and comfortable. In this way, the new headquarters of Cabot Financial breathes home, comfort and light, lots of light.
