With Nexthink we recovered the idea of internal customer experience through a new occupancy model and a study of cluster profiles that can be made flexible by technology.

Nexthink’s new headquarters sought to delve into the challenge of generating an office where the use of space is the main claim. It breaks with the idea of ownership of the individual workstation and moves towards a new approach to space where culture, connection and community are integrated to create uses of space that adapt to the needs of each profile, as another tool.

Desing:

Breaks the rigidity of the layout and brings together uses across more than 2,000 m² on a single level. Ergonomics work with movement: height-adjustable desks, various level positions, and the chance to park your scooter or bike if you commute around the city. These are valuable features in this new way of bringing well-being to the team.

Biophilia and the use of color to evoke emotions create a setting where going to the office has a clear purpose:
