KONICA MINOLTA’s brand purpose in the words of its president Shoei Yamana: “To be a company that is vital to society by creating value that contributes to people’s lives”, is a declaration of intentions and is the starting point where we dive into the time to design, looking for –for our client-more than an office, a place of inspiration.

The central idea of the project contains the image of value creation in an exclusive design for KONICA MINOLTA (“la imprint”) where the innovation, well-being, union and simplicity that identifies the team, in the search for common objectives, can be transferred.

The symbolism of value creation:

It will be the inspiration for the entire implementation process, which will also integrate an innovative way of defining spaces: adapted to the functions of each person within the team (KONICA MINOLTA profile cluster).

The new headquarters contains as a heart: squares and meeting points where you can exchange, connect with the product, transfer knowledge and take a break. The new space will also have places to work

With unassigned seating or hot desking and areas for focus and confidentiality: phone booths.
