The pharmaceutical sector is innovating, but if we had to present a totally disruptive model in this sector, it would be Bioibérica in Barcelona. This company has made a commitment that very few companies make, creating a coworking space for themselves within their headquarters. But we are not talking about a small area, but about 50% of the GLA that contains its new headquarters.
This form of evolution towards flexible space is rarely seen within a corporate headquarters. Most dot collaborative spaces that do not exceed 15% of their GBA. Bioiberica has gone a step further and transformed its occupancy model towards innovation, creativity and team collaboration by creating a place where this is a reality.
Plug&go has carried out this process of change.
And it has developed a flexible model that adapts to Bioiberica’s philosophy. It has also incorporated a fresh, clean image without betting on overloading the space with trends. A space that allows its use and where people and their ideas are the protagonists.
