Plug&go has carried out the renovation of the Lull 331 asset in Barcelona’s 22@ district. This building that was originally the headquarters of a single tenant: Lecta (TorrasPapel), is now a corporate building that houses several tenants.

With this multi-tenant vision, a design project has been developed connecting with the origin of 22@, a place where Barcelona’s workshops were located during the industrial revolution and today, in the technological revolution, is the preferred space for digital companies and those that are committed to innovation.

Plug&go has incorporated renovated industrial materials, such as terrazzo, Catalan voltas, wood, concrete and industrial ceiling. Giving a modern look that winks at Catalan architecture and the essence of 22@.

But not only have all the common areas of the building been renovated:

Reception area, waiting area, lobbies, bathrooms, stairs, but also a new amenity area has been designed: meeting rooms, wellness rooms, lactation area, changing rooms, showers and canteen, which give value to all the users of the building.

In this new Amenities area, plug&go has opted for Gaudí’s colours as a tribute to this great architect who inspires us so much.

The result, a renovated asset that rescues Catalan traditions and culture but incorporates innovation to house the companies of the future.
