This D&B project have been developed for the landlord: Kennedy Wilson with a double goal: Firstly, change the model of use for the outdoor common spaces, giving an identity and secondly, create a new naming and logo.
This Building located in Ulises street in Madrid was called: Edificio Ulises. Located in the Arturio Soria area, a residential neighbourhood with a lot of green, it did not contain the benefits of the space connected to the exterior, typical of the smart assets that we have been designing.
Our goal, conect outdoor to become a place os community and to develop a new naming for it.
The creative idea of plug&go starts the experience from the outdoor (a large austere porch, full of pillars and without a hint of warmth). We created squares with different uses and brought the vegetation of the area closer to the interior. The building’s reception is also installed on the outside, connected and welcoming like a warm and green embrace.
A walk through the forest that evoques wellbeing
This creative idea is carried indoor, in the lobby of lifts and each floor, being the claim to all users of more than 12.000 sqm.
And once the identity was created, plug&go carried out a rebranding and design of the new corporate branding, Ulises ceases to be Ulises and becomes ARBOR.
After this project and fit out Works development, Kennedy Wilson sold the asset to the SOCIMI Ibervallés, owned by the Isidro Family Office.
