Plug&go has carried out the implementation of the corporate headquarters that encompasses ARN (Aseguradores De Riesgos Nucleares), broker pool and spanish environmental risk pool on the 22nd floor of the Afredo Mahou building owned by Mutua Madrileña.
The companies that make up this multi-brand headquarters have embraced a paradigm shift when it comes to integrating new ways of working.
The office has been designed as a space that shares visual DNA but integrates idiosyncrasies of each brand and company. Materials that evoke wellbeing such as wood and biophilia run throughout the space and connect it, but each brand has its own identity, so ARN integrates bench positions for the team and large meeting rooms with soft seating areas and a high tea point that allows an informal space and supports meetings with clients. The black colour articulates ARN’s brand values: solidity, innovation and sobriety.
The result is a real HUB of brands.
For its part, the broker pool and the spanish pool of environmental risks, bet on clover prositions that allow and dynamise collaborative work, as well as phone booths and let’s talk spaces, because collaboration and dynamic space is what makes up its philosophy. As well as a canteen space to disconnect, eat and work in an informal way.
The result is a real HUB of brands that contain their purpose as insurers but respect the DNA and above all the way of working of each company.
We are very proud to have achieved this objective of coexistence through design, without creating barriers and providing all the teams with a common yet separate space.
