Findus entrusts us with the transfer of its headquarters from Pamplona to Madrid. A transformation project that has filled many press headlines, political pressures and that has culminated successfully in Madrid.
Findus’ human team has been involved, not only in a new way of working, but also in the change that comes with changing cities, routines and integrating the family into a new challenge.
The entire design project has always kept in mind the creation of a skin, a footprint that accompanies Findus in this process.
The design of muralism:
that welcomes the new offices reflects very well those values that make up the Findus brand purpose: passion, closeness, innovation and human team.
The new headquarters has a central heart that, as a nerve center, articulates its core business and team formation. A “showroom kitchen-collaboration-contemplation” that provokes the connection with the product.
Spaces designed for four clusters of profiles, agoras, hotel positions, ticket offices, phone booths and open rooms.
